To find out more about becoming a patient, please call our office and talk with our office manager Wendy to learn more. She will ask some general questions to help determine the right appointment type for you. If Wendy does not answer when you call, please leave a message and she will respond to you the next time she is in the office. Her office hours are Monday - Thursday.
